Located in the heart of London, Ontario, O.N.E stands for Originality Never Ends, and that’s the philosophy we live by every day.

Founded 12 years ago, O.N.E has been a vibrant hub for dancers of all experience levels & styles. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your technique, we offer a wide range of classes designed to inspire and challenge you.

We offer classes ranging from Introductory & Beginner classes to more Intermediate & Advanced levels, with specialized styles like Sensual RnB, K-Pop, Bootywork, Waacking, Heels, and more.

How to sign up for class

levels

  • A great first class for new dancers with little-to-no dance experience. It introduces basic techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment and is designed to help beginners gain confidence as a dancer and further develop their lover for dance, while learning choreography in a fun & accessible way.

  • These classes are designed for dancers with some experience who are ready to explore more complex moves and develop their skills. We build on foundational techniques with choreo that may be more challenging, but incredibly rewarding.

  • Intermediate to Advanced classes push dancers with challenging choreography & more complex movements. These classes focus on more intricate, advanced techniques that encourages dancers to push their limits and refine their skills.

  • Our only open level class is Open Level Ballet.

    This class is designed to accommodate a wide range of dancers, from beginners to those more experienced in ballet. This class emphasizes proper alignment, posture, and technique, while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for dancers of various skill levels to explore and improve their ballet fundamentals.

  • These classes may be any style based on what the instructor’s personal dance style is, or what they choose to teach. These classes are designed to help dancers build their dance skills, retain choreo, and discover new styles.

  • This class is designed to help dancers express emotion & confidence through smoother movements set to R&B music. Dancers will learn sensual choreography that will help develop stage presence, self-assurance, and strengthen your movement foundations. This class provides a supportive setting to explore personal expression & build confidence.

    This class is 18+.

  • This class is focused on choreography that is fun and empowering, designed to teach dancers techniques centered around hip, glute, and core movements. This class provides a great opportunity to gain confidence and express yourself through choreography, in a supportive, fun environment.

    This class is 18+.

  • This class explores movement with an emphasis on self-expression & creativity. This class encourages dancers to connect emotionally with the movements, allowing for both technical growth and artistic exploration, in a supportive setting.

  • Designed for dancers eager to explore the theatrical side of jazz dance. Get ready for a fun, energetic class where style meets technique in an exhilarating mix of high-energy movement and fierce attitude.

  • This class emphasizes proper alignment, posture, and technique, while fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for dancers of various skill levels to explore and improve their ballet fundamentals.

  • This class teaches the choreography of popular K-Pop songs, focusing on both technique & performance. Dancers will learn dynamic routines from K-Pop hits, breaking down each move while focusing on expressing yourself as a performer. Ideal for dancers with some experience, this class offers a fun way to learn popular routines of your favourite K-Pop songs.

 STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • We pride ourselves on building a welcoming community at the studio and strongly encourage everyone to help make this a safe space for all. Whether you are new to the studio or a long-time member, we see each other as family and we absolutely do not tolerate any kind of bullying within the studio.

  • This is an adult dance studio, so all classes are for those aged 16+. Some classes, such as Bootywork & Sensual RnB, are 18+ and are labeled as such.

  • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class as their may be a class happening before the one you booked and we do not want to disrupt other classes.

    Due to limited space we require a 4 hour notice of class cancellation.

  • There are no refunds on our class passes, so please consider the commitment you are willing to make when purchasing one of the passes.

  • Indoor shoes are required at the studio. We recommend sneakers or athletic shoes that you are comfortable & secure in.

    For our contemporary or ballet classes, you may wear socks or go barefoot.

  • We highly encourage friends & family to come to class & dance together, but we do not allow anybody to sit and watch during the classes, for the comfort of the dancers.

Parking

While we do not offer dedicated parking, there is often free parking located downtown near the studio during class hours.

Parking on Dundas, Queens and Clarence is free after 6:00pm. Be sure to allow yourself extra time to find parking and walk to the studio, especially if it's your first time taking class!
